Vincent Jenkins has been doing Heating and Air Conditioning work for us and for a rental property that we own for the past several years. When we decided to install a new heat pump this past May, Vincent gave us information to help make us better understand our options. Once we decided what unit we wanted, he was very prompt about installing (done in one day) and we have been very happy with the results. I would recommend his work to anyone. We recently had our kitchen remodeled and near the end of the project our Air Conditioning quit working. V.L. Jenkins sent out one of their technicians and he quickly identified the issue. Inadvertently the circuit breaker had been turned off, (our electric panel box was mislabeled). The best part of the experience was they did not make us feel stupid about our mistake.

Which means you have been doing work on my HVAC units for a very long time. I have enjoyed seeing your business grow into a profitable establishment.
I want you to understand that I truly appreciate who you are professionally… you are honest, up front, of sound ethics, timely, prompt, and expeditious in your activity. When you’ve interacted with me in person, you smile. and, I must say, you are handsome with a smile on your face.
In regards to the new heat pump, I must tell you how grateful I was for your patience with me. I had a lot of questions and you took the time to answer them as well as review all of the options avialable. You made me feel confident that we were getting the right size unit for my home. Not only that you understood we were on a tight budget and helped us get pick the unit we needed and within our budget, Everything about the interactions with you comapany from start to finish has been a very positive experience.
